Engine codes and poor running

First off, I would like to thank everyone on this board for being so helpful. All of my my previous questions have been answered so far with the help of yourselves.

That being said, I have another question for you guys (actually a series of questions )

First, I have a series of codes: 13 23 33. First, does anyone know if the three in the second digit means anything?

Second, I know what the codes mean (at least I can translate them into english, I just don't neccessarily know what they mean.). The code 23 is the m/c solenoid, but then it has "(carbureted)" next to the listing.

The main one I seem to be getting is the code 33, which has to do with maf and map sensors.

To me, it seems like I have a vacuum line connected wrong (very high probability), but, I have no idea where they go, and this is where I could really use some help. Currently, I have the vaccuum lines connected to the ports on the TB in the following locations (assume I am looking at the engine from the front of the car): the line to the furthermost passenger side is going to the air cleaner. The one in the center, top, of the TB is going to the valvecover. THe one to the center, bottom, of the TB is going to an electrical connection by the egr valve. The one to the driver's side is going to a cannister by the driver's side front corner of the car. Are these in the correct locations?

Also, There is a vaccuum port on the back of the TB that I have absolutely no idea where to put, any ideas??

As for exactly what the car is doing, it is running good for apx. 7 secs after startup, and then starving out of gas (or too much gas, but looks like too little by looking at the injectors).

Thankyou for reading this, and thanks for all your help!!!

On my 90 RS 305, the vac port on the rear of TBI runs to the MAP. The MAP is about the size/shape of a cigarette pack, attached to the the lip of engine compartment, pass side, above the heater box.
