My friend and I swaped on some headers on his 92 rs this weakend and scanning after-wards showed is cruising blm's in the 110-115 range when they were in the 125-130 range. This is showing that the car went rich right?? Just want to make sure i'm not getting this backwards. If so how did moving more air richen the mixture with no other mods done at the time, he did however have an open air cleaner installed before both times we data logged it. I leaned it out where it said it was rich and throttle response is much snappier down low so maybe the headers hurt it down low. Let me know what you think.
