I'll go ahead and recommend the Trick Flow 23* heads. Or even Pro Action heads street heads. I don't think I would recommend any Edelbrock heads except the E-tec's or Victor race heads. World doesn't have too much to offer as far as high performance heads go. The World Sportsman heads are ok but their design is getting a little outdated....

so these. they handle up to .540 lift. im planing on putting on 1.6 rockers when i get them. so my LT1 cam will be where .480?

or should i get the other heads which handle .520.

The biggest LT1 cam was .460 on the exhaust.

Divide .460 by 1.5, then multiply by 1.6 and you get .491"

Well within the specs of either heads.

well ive narrowed it down to the vortec package from SDPC200. comes with heads, bols, intake mani.

or the world sportmans.

do u think ill see a bigger increase from the vortecs. if i get those im gettign it with the regular perfermer intake and using a carb adaptor.

i was told that the new eledbrock rpm head(2003) is improved in flow and cnc machined. if head is too large you will lose TQ? unless the rest of your system is not matched to the intake/exhaust flow the head develops it may be a bad choice to go too large..
