Ive got a lot of bugs im trying to work out on my car and one of the things i havent yet figured out it when i am cruising along and i take my foot off the gas and back on, it pauses before the engine starts going again...

I checked my fuel pressure and its at a steady 15

I have a 350 swap and started having all sorts of problems a week after i bought it...
