Don't do it without tuning. Ride in one and you will understand. My buddies car ran slower with a LT1 cam and stock tune than he did bone stock. It will run, don't get me wrong, but you will hate the thing.

Gears and custom tuning make that cam great. In a stock car, it sucks.
mine right now is much faster now than it was, but I have done more than just slap a cam in it...
