Replaced oil sender/pressure switch
I replaced the oil sender sensor at the oil filter this morning and now the fuel pump will not prime? I`m planning to replace the relay tomorrow but is there anything else I would need to look at?
This is in a `91 camaro rs with a 305 tbi. Any suggestions would be helpful.

My only suggestion would be to check the harness near and at the oil pressure sending unit. It could be possible one of the wires busted somewhere, not sure if it would cause the fuel pump not to prime, but worth a shot. good luck

Your pump will not prime from the switch. It will only build pressure during cranking. The switch has to see oil pressure before the ECM can tell the pump, HEY, The engine needs fuel! This causes longer cranking times before the engine will start. Sounds like your relay is shot.
