Upgrading lines pump for future?

Eventually, I was thinking of changing to a high pressure form of fuel injection, (I know TBI board doesn't like that). I like to space my projects out, so here is my question: Can I change all my fuel lines and pump and get the pressure down to work with TBI until I change injection/ engine without to much work? Has anyone else done this?

yes and yes. I, and several others are running the Walbro 255. I run the high pressure unit capable of 90psi or something. The pressure regulator will take care of the fuel pressure

Yep, the walbro is where its at I dont know if you have to change lines though, I read that the stock ones were capable of flowing ~500 hp, but obviously I dont have first hand expirence.

You definetely want to change the rubber hose going from the sending unit to the pump with a new one with a braided sleeve. I found this out the hard way. It's also the time to check the sending unit lines.
