Does anybody here have experience with the Astro van TBI harness, under dash and motor? I have heard the Full Size van harnesses are good for retrofits because they are nice and long, you can mount ECM under passenger side seat.

I am thinking of doing TBI conversion on a carb car. There are a ton of Astro at my local Pick a Part. So I'll grab everything minus the TBI from one of those. Is there anything Astor specific I should be aware of? I think most use the 747 which is the way I want to go.

Also as a side note. I know normal HEI V6 distibutors can be converterted to a V8 style by changing the Cap and relcutor ring, is the same thing possible on the small cap computer distributors?
