Will the harness that plugs into the injectors on the Holley 670 TB work on the GM injectors?

Is the harness available separately?

 

OK, guys. I answered the second part of my question:

Holley 534-100. A little over $20 from Summit.

Will this plug into the GM injectors?

Is there a cheaper alternative?

I like the way the GM connectors snap into place.

The reason I'm looking into this is, I'm considering making some injector covers for my GM 454 TB and I need some type of connector that will fit securely to the pins on the injectors and not have to worry about them vibrating loose.

Depends , if you are using the old bosch injector harness or the new delphi injector harness. The old bosch "black cap"(horrible) might, the new delphi will not.

What tbi housing are you using , rochester or holley?

Kinda like 614 said, there is the old and the new when it comes to the holley injectors. I have a new unit with delphi injectors. Granted the connector is actually on the side and not the top, the end result is basically the same as the stock unit in reference to where the wires are. I don't think this is the style you are looking for though.

I would also think that the wiring harness sells is this style, as they have pretty much swapped everything over. For example, if someone has the old style injectors and one has gone bad, they can't simply replace them. They have to by the new stlye injector pods and the new style injectors, as holley has discontinued the old stuff. Not to say you couldn't find the old stuff in over stock somewhere though.

Here is a pic of the new style we are refering to. Sorry it doesn't show much, for some reason pics of the holley units with delphi injectors seem to be hard to come by. Also, to note, on the 2bbl version, the connectors are turned out, much like the stock ones are.

All I can really recommend is to try to contact somebody with the old style injectors. I see them go on ebay all the time, so maybe somebody would be kind enough to take some simple measurements and you could compare them to the gm injectors to see if it would even work. Best of luck with it


Side Note: Interesting how the old style units go on ebay all the time as "new".....Holley switched over the the delphi injectors over two years ago...
