Are 3.08 gears bad?

I am not sure if this is correct but I "think" my car has the 3.08 gears, are these good gears? Pro's-cons about them? Are they good for top end or low end tor?

well, they are better than 2.73's

they are a top-end gear (well not really, i can explain more if you like, but in our cars your top end will likely be higher with 3.42's) they are more of a fuel econemy gear.

3.08 gears are great for a stock, or near to stock L03. You can use more of your power band with a higher (numerically lower) gear.
