Still messing with an engine conversion. I am trying to get her to closed loop and to get the TCC to lock up on my 7747 bigblock(7.4). VSS and neutral/safety and O2 are functioning properly. I got 3 questions.

1. I assume the TCC is not locking up because she is in open loop.

2. I think she is in open loop because of my 180 stat makes her run at 185. (closed loop @190?)


3. Scanner said "knk signal...........NO"
does that mean no knocks sensed? or no knock sensor detected?

While searching I found that closed loop occurs @140 degrees so it is not the stat/temp. The ses light is not on and the only stored code is I think 32 which the scanner said was egr. If not the temp what else could it be?
