wot shift points
i got a basically stock lo3 with boltons with a stock 700r4. when i boguht the car a year ago it shifted at 5 k everyshift at wot. slowly that number has been climbing and now im up to 5.4k at wot shifts. it pulles all the way up to where it shifts but im worried its gonna float some valves and probably blow something.

lots of people on these boards have trouble with their tachs from what i read. Although mine is dead on your's may be going bad. Go to the equations page on the TGO homepage and do a little driving around to check if your tach is on. if the numbers dont match up in the equations your tach is prolly bad.

mine's a 5 speed, so this may not translate.
i get my bet times shifting at 42-4300. looking at the rpm log on the gtech, that translates to 45-4600 actual.
i go significantly slower when i rev it out to 48-5000.
