I think we need more info, cubic inches, heads, cam, what TB you are using, it will need to have a custom chip thats for sure

Doesn't matter what size injectors you use, that kind of power will never be supported by a 2bbl TBI unit, it just will never happen. Look into something more like a 900cfm 4bbl TBI unit.

You're going to want to look into a different cam. You've got a lot of duration with that came and that 110 lsa will make it near impossible to tune I would think. You shouldn't go with an lsa anything less than 112.

I agree, With that cam (and anything over 230 duration at .050) your asking for alot of trouble. TPI can handle a big cam easier, just cause of pultipoint injection. YOu'll run into off idle stumbles with tbi. With that combo you posted, with tbi, you'll need a 100 shot to get 473 horses.

Take it from me, my cam causes me alot of head aches, and a mail order chip won't get you tuned close enough.

has anyone had any success at all ordering a chip for a significanly modified engine? I bet it takes 10 reburns by the chip seller.

I personally dont think its possible to get a mail order chip that will work for a modified engine. Theres just too much stuff that can be combined in too many ways to make chips that will cover everything. Also given the point and click tuning capabilites of todays software makes mail order chips well and truly obsolete since jsut about anyone can program a chip. The quality of the contents on the chip arnt assured but its easier then ever to do it.
