What TBI injector flows the most gas most efficiently

What TBI injector flows the most gas most efficiently
My SWAG method points to the GM 454 TBI with 90# injectors.
Theres a few variables i cant pin down.
Fuel pressure and flow.
1) Do some injectors flow better at higher pressures, and as a result, flow more gas?
2)Do some handle the smaller cruising pulse rates better than others while flowing enough gas to support beyond 300hp?
It seems the popular solution is to get a vaccum adjustable fuel pressure regulator to, in effect, solve both problems: Cruising pulse rate and amount of gas at WOT.
