i was getting that same exact squeal a few months ago then all the sudden it just went away, but every once in awhile i get a very low squeal. Not sure exactly what causes it and i would like to know what other people think.

i would guess it is the IAC, i didn't download the video, but i would give the IAC a good cleaning with some carb cleaner, and see what that does.

I would clean the whole TBI unit especailly underneith. There is a maze underthere of tiny passages and nooks and stuff and air that gets impeded could squeel. It may be a good time to do the unltimate mods along with a good scrub down.

I had the same problem and it was a major vacum leak. If it is a extremely loud high pitched squeel it is probably a vacume leak. If it is a lower pitched almost wine it could be the iac. My vacume leak was around the base of the tb. The gasket was acting like a reed in a wistle and making all kinds of noise when my throttle blades were close the leak.
