finally found an AC that fits GM 454 TB. standard non drop 14 inch hits throttle lever at the bottom of AC. the lever is 3 & 7/8 inch from TB centerline. only one i could find without a spacer applied is edelbrock oval which is 7 inch wide and 14 long(very sharp). if anyone else has an application. post it !!

the issue was both levers. they both hit the bottom of area where paper element would sit. there is no way the lever can be shortened. i did find a 3/4 inch spacer that may have worked but i have zero xtra space under 84 vette hood. no big deal as i found a edel billet cleaner oval and fits perfect !! 14 x 7 wide. and looks fantastic.
