Car: 96 s-10, and 89 camaro RS
Engine: 305 TBI with alot of mods
Transmission: 700R4 B&M shift kit
670 holley TBI or BORE and polish my own?!?!
Just wondering on what to do? Bore and polish mine or just buy the holley? Also would the 454 TB work on a smallblock intake? i think those have 2" bores dont they? Also would the injectors work? I have an 89 305 RS TBI car if that matters.

Both the 454 unit and holley unit have 2" bores. You would have to have an intake that allows you to run the larger bores. Both also come with larger injectors that you are going to have to tune for. The 454 is not a literal direct bolt on because of the linkage and IAC difference. Both can be fabed to work on your 305 without much hassle. A quick search on the two will get you tons of info.
