Oh yes. The only problem you will run into is getting the fittings out of the manifold and getting the torx bits out of the smo gpump. If they are not siezed than a few turns of the wrench and you will have the pump out. 2 bolts hold it in.

PB blaster is your friend.

Sounds good dewey. You could also post it in the FAQ forum and I can link it in the sticky's we have. We may not put it as a stand alone sticky since it is exahust related. We can however link it and make it a sticky in the exhaust board. Feel free to steal any pics that I have posted about our AIR sytems already in the FAQ board.

I sure did. The post was a sticky for quit some time, but it doesn't seem to be anymore. Maybe we should make it into a tech article at some point.

And, fwiw, here is a shot of how I did it with the wieand manifold, i had to tie it into one of the ports at the front of the manifold, since the new manifold didn't have a coolent port in the back.

yes it flows. but that is not what regulates the temp of the heat. there is a door that will determine if the air flowing to heater core, then the your system. when i turn the HVAC to cold, i do get air that is outside temp.
