Weird Idle Problem

After starting the car in the morning and letting it warm up for about 5 minutes, the cars idle decreases near the point of stalling, then it races back up to keep from dying. I'm thinking IAC but the shop replaced it about 10k ago and im not sure of the manufacturer, all i see is "made in mexico" on it lol. I don't have problems in the other gears and it drives great.
Plugs - 10k
Wires/Dist cap & rotor - 30k
Fuel Filter - 3k
Fuel Pump - 25k
Injection Service - 8k

Any suggestions?

it could be a vacuum leak or a timing problem. My car did that really bad when the dealer set my timing wrong. That was before I knew anything about these cars though. Also, that new IAC may need adjusting.

I didnt know you can adjust an IAC? The dealer did say it was working within spec but on the low side, barely making it. Does it need adjustment or is it crap? I also just replaced a hose from the MAP to TBI that had a whole in it, that cured my rough idle while cold problem. Timing supposedly was reset by tech not to long ago also, but ill check.
