You have a couple of different choices. You can go with the GM TBI vortec intake or you can go with pretty much any carb vortec intake with a TBI adapter plate. Make sure you chose one that is desinged for idle to 5500 rpm or so.

Where can I get the adapter plate to go from 4 brl to TBI? I am looking at the RPM intake.

You could get the vortec heads as late as 2001 in vans. The pcikups and SUV's went Gen III in the 2001 model year.

could get GMs vortec intake then have it bored to 2" and get a matching 454 TB. Or get a 7116 or 7516 (Air Gap/Perf RPM) edel that has vortec bolt pattern. Theyll run you roughly $200 from summit.
