FPR, witch is high witch is low?

when the TBI uint on the intake, and when the cup moves, by adjusting it, is moveing it up, high or low?

Moving the spring seat up and compressing the spring will raise the fuel pressure.

Yup. Also, every 2.5 turns in is roughly 1psi.

whats the stock psi agin? 11-15?

There was no set vale that GM stuck with when these cars left the factory. It is anywhere from 9 to 14 at idle.
