I have re-manufactured 305 stock heads, all the imperfections cured and changed. So I was wondering if getting an LT1 cam into it would work with the stock heads or not. I im an a process of getting the LO3 as a contender so every input is appreciated. Also, what do you think would be a good cam to put into a "stock" LO3???

You may have wasted your time and money on the stock heads but you seem set to use them at this point. The LT1 cam is about the most popular internal upgrade that people do to their 305 TBI's. Try a few searches as well as reading the section devoted to the LT1 cam and cams alike in the "new to TBI thread." You can use it with your stock heads provided you upgrade the valve springs. Because I am so confident that you will find your answer i will shut this one down. Any other questions that are not answered in your searches will be answered here.
