Cam Setup Question

Hi, i have a 89 RS 5 spd, with a 95 pickup 350 in it (L05), it has the flat lifters, I was talking to the guy from TBIChips.com and he suggested this cam from Summit:

You won't see much of a power increase if you do not get into chip work. TBIchips is a good place to get started and to get your car running. If you want to make the most power and get the most for your money you will have to burn your own. What heads are you running pon that LO5. You may want to think of upgrading those as well.

Isnt that engine you have installed a roller block?
If it is, i wouldnt go with a flat tappet setup.
Actually even if it wasnt a roller block, i would go with a retrofit kit and then a roller cam.
