Floating idle?

Transmission: 700r
Axle/Gears: 3:73
Floating idle?
When I drove my car around the block I noticed I could take my foot off the gas and it felt like the idle stuck ,it would hold and keep the car at speed when I took my foot off the gas.

Axle/Gears: 9-bolt w/ 3.23's
check for a sticky throttle. The tbi base probably wore around the throttle shaft and now it hangs open.
