Can I run 61#/hr injectors without afpr?

Engine: L03; TBI is IT! / 5.0HO (306) SFI / 400cc air cooled twin
Transmission: 700-r4 / WCT5/ 6-speed close ratio
Can I run 61#/hr injectors without afpr?
So I Did the ultimate TBI, ordered an injector spacer, getting performer tbi manifold, and was wondering if I can use 61#/hr injectors? Do I need a afpr? Thanks.

Engine: 357 vortec finished. need tuning
Transmission: Still works
Axle/Gears: need 3.73
You will need to be able to adjust your fuel pressure with that injector. You will most likely be getting to much fuel but then again this all new to me as well. I just received my external afpr 2 days ago and have the 90# injector. Just looking for a place in San Diego to rebuild and flow test it.
