i know it has to be a sensor for choke, but which one??? When i start the car, i have to give it gas to choke it myself. it will never start on its on now. once it does start and i let off the gas, it misses real bad and spits and sputters just to stay alive. Anyone have any info on what this may be???

There is no actual 'choke' per say. Instead the ecm richens up the AFRs on initial startup to provide a choke function. Since its based on temp, the most obvious place to look for a problem would be the cts. You can test it with a DVM.

Okay i replaced the CTS and it work great so thanks for you help......well it workled great for a day lol. Now it's doing the same exact thing. You turn the key and it will Never fire untill you touch the gas pedal. Would it be something else or another bad sensor??? It's kindof embarrasing when you take someone on a date and the car wont start lol!
