Code 32, Can I bypass the EGR???
Is there a way to buypass the egr both physicaly and In the computer??? If so, HOW??? I plan on keeping this TBI system but ditching the intake for a none egr one.
My code 32 started when I got dual exaust with cherry bombs. Could that have caused it???

If you can burn your own chips (only cost about 120-200$) it's the most basic thing you can do. Physically you can just make or buy a block off plate. As for your exhuast causing a light. I have heard of some EGR valves that use exhuast back pressure to hold them shut. So yeah your exhaust could cause problems.

You could try getting a standard egr valve or trying a different type of valve. Some need a certain ammount of back pressure to allow them to open. I dont have any part numbers of applicable egrs that would work, though.

I'm having the same problem and have been unable to solve it so far. My LO3 came stock with a positive egr valve, so I've tried a LT1 egr valve and still no progress. Next Im going to try a negative pressure valve.
Paul, The definition of a code 32 is that the computer does not see enough flow at time of egr activation. I have had this problem for years, I personally just ignore it. The only reasoning I can really find behind it is that the program in the chip is too sensitive, cause changeing components I have never seen does any help. If you get a manifold that has no EGR provision it will not effect your performance, but may be considered illegal depending where you live. It it Illigal her I would not pass visual inspection for a smog test. Unless you want to live a Service Engine Soon light every time the EGR is supposed to activate, you would need a chip burned with no EGR program.
