Would this even be something to look into?

Perfectionists can stop here...

For the rest of us, my "Problem" is that eventually I'm going to have to look into a new fuel injector (one leaks slightly) for my lo5 vehicle, and I was curious if it would be worth while looking into a set of good condition used 65pph injectors from the 9C1, or just pass and the stockers?

I'm only bringing this up because I'm not into the prom tuning yet - give me time - but I have heard nothing but comments about the stock TBI setups not being able to provide enough fuel - sometimes in even stock conditions? I figured that since I eventually will get into prom burning - would this be something to look into until I can tune the fuel curves effectively myself?

Would there be any gain in power to be seen, or am I just wasting my time?

The vehicle has no mods as of yet...

Thanks

If you see a set for not too much, grab 'em .

I wouldnt use them yet untill there is reason to, like being short on fuel after mods. Your car will be rich if you just drop them in.

I agree. Hang on to the them and set them aside until you are ready to go. See if you can nab one out of a yard if your leaky one is causing headahces at this time.
