Problems at start.

Maybe its the cold weather but lately my car (Z28 TBI) won't start until the 4th or 5th try.

Is this normal?
if it is, how should I start it so I dont mess up the ignition?

If its not, how can I fix this?

Whats up man, I live in MD too. It is more than likely the cold weather or your starter is beginning to die. Could also be your starter selonoid or even just loose wiring. If the starter sounds strong and is turning over like normal then it is not your battery. I'd get it checked out for those things I listed. Good Luck!
