If you can get to a parts store. Take out the air cleaner and look at the bottom. if it is flat acrros the bottom thats the one you want. It is hard for a first time modder to pick out the right one. You are right when most boxes do not mention which style they are. You can also search online on jegs or summit under the words "non drop base". Morroso makes one for $25 I think.

Look this up: SUM-G3000B That's your flat base. Then get the K&N filter and lid if you want. Or any old filter and lid, your call on that.

um, i was joking.... (if you missed it)

I was saying... just go to the parts store and buy one that fits, test fit it at the store if you want... then when the paper filter gets dirty, buy the k&N or hang on to the paper and put it in while you clean your k&n or something like that....

k&n logo = no extra hp (unless it's a civic with a fart can right?)

yea, logo doesnt make the car go anyfaster, but it does look cool, and some people like to show off what they've got under the hood. Is it really that different from putting valve covers with the 'comp cams' or 'chevy' logo on them?
