Intake manifolds - aftermarket

What aftermarket intake manifolds are there out there ?

OK, reason I'm asking is, I don't liek to rush and buy things when I need them two days from now, I prefer buying lot earlier than that.

What I got now is a stock L03, this is what I plan on doing to it within a few weeks or maybe even months.

1) Ram air intake scoop (which is why I'm asking about intake manifold, because of different heights, meaning ... I need to know when I redo my hood)

2) Throttlebody bored out to 48 mm and all the goodies, grind smooth it etc

3) Port matching of intake manifold to throttlebody

4) LT1 cam .. unless someone can suggest something even better ???

As you guys can see, nothing radical really, taking it real slow here ... no plans on any chip tuning right now .. no real plans on anything big .... a different set of heads... hmm maybe... maybe not .... I'd have to get 305 heads... so not sure there

Edelbrock Performer is an option... I've seen some people say it's good.. maybe ok.. some say it's not any better than the stock TBI intake manifold ?

The Torker doesn't come with EGR fittings ... so what's out there ? .. Dual plane or single plane wise.. TBI or carburated .. with EGR fittings... that can be found cheap

Thanks

The first thing I would do would be to replace your entire exhaust. You need at least a set of headers and a cat-back before you consider a cam swap. The stock TBI unit does not need to be enlarged at this time. I would also look into chip burning stuff. Since you are in hurry to rush you will have time to properly learn and practice burning chips. That way you can tune your car when you add headers and a cam. It makes things easier in the long run if you start to tune now on a stock motor. I would almost do the intake and cam as a single mod. Remember, these motors are are fuel limited and not air flow limited.

In addition read through the stickies up top. There are many threads that are linked that cover intakes for our motors. This has been covered to a great extent. A few searches on top of that will yeild you some great info.
