i found a new firebird im thinking about getting cuz my v6 is nice..but..its getting old and very slow 2 me..dunno the exact year...but..its a tbi, its gotta shift kit (talked 2 the guy, owner of a shop. shifts hard and at higher rpms.) the 305 under the hood of course...leather interior (from a 2000 camaro) 66,000 miles (real origional miles!) stainless steel exhaust, headers....not 2 bad paint..starting 2 go on roof its a little faded...has performance package on the pouch, fully loaded...and its got wide american racing rims and tires...1800 bucks. should i go for it?? he needs it gone, its why its cheap...

 

That is a great price. I would buy it. A full exhaust, wheels and tires, and 4th gen leather seats would cost you near $3k alone.

 

i think i might go for it..the only thing that bothers me about it, is its gotta slight rattle from time 2 time near front belts and pullys. im hoping its not the water pump..it doesnt get all that hot. looks like hes got a aluminum hose thing goin from the air duct to the headers that might be the rattle..but..i dunno..hes got more metal wireharness things too..but..other than that..the shift kit scared me at 1st cuz it shifts at high rpm and HARD too...but..when i got back i asked and he said shift kit (duh shoulda known) gonna have a few more people check it out, get more opinions on here..and maybe ill get it...****...yeah im prolly definitly buying it as it is

 

im buying it....i love my lil v6 firebird..ive done alot 2 it and ive kept it lookin real good..but...i cant pass up this deal..ill post pics sometime soon, thanx for the input! btw...since this is the tpi board, u guys got any suggestions for it?
