I have a Chevy 350TBI. I was going to build or buy a set of heads for starters. I have read alot about 305 heads but not as much info on 350 heads. What would you guys go with? S/R's, Edlebrock??Any help would be great! Also part numbers for the heads.Thanks.

i`d say go with some vortecs.i`ve got a vortec 350 in my truck and the thing pulls like you wouldn`t believe.just sucks that the speed limiter starts at 100

 

if you changed your heads, burn a new chip.... and take out the speed limiter while you're doin it! You'll get a huge hp and tq increase!

I Just bought my 88 and it has a rebuilt 350 .060 over, ZZ4 cam, throttle body ridge removed and rounded off, edelbrock intake what kind of heads should I look into? It has a stock set from a 305 (bumped up compression with the 58cc) but would like something with better flow, are the edelbrocks worth a darn or look into something better? Looking to spend $1200 and less BUT with the option to use them if I throw in a stealth ram. Not sure if it matters but it has a world class T-5 and 96 camaro rear with 3.42 posi and non emissions county.
