TPS with idle adjustment screw

with the idle adj. srew in the stock position, what should the tps voltage be as translated into percentage? seing as it is the most closed point you would think it would be zero but since the throttle could actually close more would it be like 1%?

my tps reads in the negatives in winaldl. at idle it reads -1.00% and full throttle reads as 92.9%. i know why it reads low, i replaced the burnt wires around my TB by crimping in new ones, i know this sucks and im working on learning to solder but previously i had an unknown vacuum leak and i read it as a high idle so i adjusted the screw and now im trying to reset it to factory.

Set the TPS so its around .65 volts. The computer will automatically calibrate itself using the lowest tps reading.
