Anyone with an Easy cam replacement Method?
Anyone have an easy cam replacement method without tearing half of your car apart?

Pull accessores, pull intake, pull radiator. The cam will actualy come out, without taking the engine out, or the front end. There is just enough room to slide it out, so long as the radiator and AC stuff is out of the nose.

YOu will have to pull the radiator but you don't have to remove the a/c condenser. If you unscrew all of it's brackets it will rotate out of the way. That will save you from recharging the system.

There are two ways of changing a cam. With the motor in the car or with the motor out of the car. There aren't any steps that you can skip. Refer to the LT1 cam digest for specific "how to" instructions. You will find the proper way, along with hints, of installing a cam into your 305 TBI.
