my neighbor has a 90 1/2 ton silverado with a 350 tbi in it, and it keeps floodin out..and fowling his plugs.....what the heck could it be?...we changed the plugs...not it...its gettin too much fuel for some reason?...i had a spare complete throttle body from a 90 burb, i put it on, same thing
i thought maybe it was the fuel press regulator built in the throttle body...thats why i tried the other one i had....that didnt work....and i know the one i had was a good one....
i heard it could be a "coolant temp sensor"...what the heck does that do?...and would it cause it to push too much fuel?

CTS is one of the corner stones of fueling. If the resistance is too high (bad sensor) the ecm will think the engine is cold and give the engine way too much fuel.
