voltage
have any of you guys ever checked the voltage @ the FP to see exactly how much voltage is at the pump with the car running?
On the GrandNationals is a common practice to put a hot wire kit on the fuel pump. So the fuel pump always get maximum voltage.
voltage on a none hot wired buick GN is around 11.5-11.8 @ the pump with the car running. It's due to the small wiring to the fuel pump.
i didn't know if the f-bodies suffer from the same problem.

The emmissions here in Denver are crap. However it depends where you go to get tested. And you know they might be dropping the emissions for us soon!!!
I would keep all the air stuff on there and keep all the stock stuff for when you need to be tested.
THey do visual checks but they don't remove the aircleaner. So i guess you could get away with a carb underthere!?!?
Keep the stock chip and just swap it out before and you should be fine!
Laters.
P.S. Where in Denver are you??

Tecnically I live in denver because that's my zip, but I actually live in Jefferson county. Do you think they'd notice (or care) if I took the egr off and just ran a tube to the throttle? Once I'm finished with my 350 noone will suspect it pumps out 400 horses with a crossfire manifold and the stock air cleaner. The only thing that'll give it away is the headers. Even if I don't pass emissions the first time I'll still be able to tune the fuel psi back and fool the sniffer.

I would say that you should leave the EGR. If you dont wanna use it, just leave it there for visual. Usually they don't take the aircleaner to see everything. They just open the hood and even headers with no air provisions should not give you much of a problem.
Good luck.
Oh and you have a PM.
