well we have a board for the computer tuning on this site but, for people like me at least it's pretty much useless. I've tried understanding some of the basics but, i got pretty much nothing out of it. Everyone abbreviates stuff on it so you have no idea what they are talking about and frankly it's over my head.
So if your thinking it's over yours too, your best bet is to check out a website that burns tbi chips (tbichip.com or something is the site i beleive).. AS for the engine you are going to need bigger injecters most likely since a 1990 350 didn't put out close to the power your making.
Download a datalogging program and run it as you drive the vehicle to obtain info from your computer. You can send that info to a chip manufacturer to make you a custom chip (won't come out perfect but, should be drivable).
In the meantime while your driving the vehicle i'd install a adjustable fuel pressure regulater and a 454 tb. That should give you the needed airflow and fuel. Try tweeking the fp to make it drivable while you are running the vehicle for use of the datalogging program.
Btw i beleive there are a couple users here who have the same 330hp motor ran with tbi so try the search engine.

Maybe Jon will join and tell you how it is done. Or better yet do a SEARCH. It will take lots of DIY prom tuning, bigger injectors, and more fuel pressure.

hey man whats up, my buddy had this same problem when he put that crate engine in his 94 c1500 a year ago, he had to bump the fuel pressure way up and add walbo 190 fuel pump(he could only get like 13psi with the stock one), this got it running decent, he drove it to work every day with no problems, then he got into computer tuning and he said it is now making alot more power than it ever was before.
