Well guys the car runs real great and all. I have done cap, rotor, wires, and plugs. I plan on doing a fuel filter and maybe a IAC soon. The thing that just began to happen is a tiny surge at idle. It is not like a 800000000rpm surge, it just goes from like normal for a few seconds and then to like 800rpm for a sec and then back down for a few more seconds then back up. Is there anything I am overlooking possibly?

either a vaccum leak or stuck egr valve most likely. Is your check engine light on?

Sounds like a lean surge, very slight. If the surge is methodical then it's fuel, if it almost stalls then quickly jumps up then it's too much timing.
Change your fuel filter and retest.

There is no check engine light, and it happens consistent. The car has 175,000 miles if that makes a difference.
