This info is from a Haynes book.

Code 44 means a lean exhaust condition caused by malfunctioning fuel injector, vacuum leak, low fuel pressure, etc.; poor electrical connection, open or short in circuit; defective MAP sensor, defective O2 sensor; defective ECM.

Code 32 means EGR system, restricted vacuum hose to EGR solenoid or valve, open or short circuit; defective EGR solenoid; defective EGR valve; defective ECM.

Code 23 means Manifold Air Temp sensor is faulty, poor electrical connection, open or short circuit; defective MAT sensor; defective ECM.

In a nut shell replace the O2 sensor, check vacuum lines. Remove EGR valve and inspect the passages, and valve. Most of the time a can or 2 of carb cleaner will clean up the valve and passages. Then replace the MAT sensor. Then after everything is replaced disconnect the NEG terminal for about 5 minutes to clear out all the bad codes and fire it up warm it and test it for codes again.

Post you findings and we'll take it from there.
