I've had this for the longest time now and haven't ever bothered to ask about it because I always figured it was just the tune on it (and it may be but want to confirm). When I floor it and it makes it to about 4k rpm it starts to kind of bog down on me and the exhaust makes this sort of fluttering popping sound (not backfire) and it is not coming from the intake either. Any thoughts?
