Wire ends
Ok well my Crane Cams firewires came with grey boots on the end which I figure are for distributor. Well the HEI ends you have to cut the end off and do both ends of the wire over. Since I have extrernal coil, woukd I be fine using the regular ends that are on there now?

As long as the terminals are properly prepped and crimped onto the wires it doesn't matter what angle fitment you have.

I just dont want to cut the premade end off to put the dumb hei boolts, especially when I have an external coil and no clearance issues.

If the wires fit, then use whatever end is on there so long as the wires have the correct terminals for the later HEI dist.
