Lt1 cam Will it start up ?

First time posting.
This is for my son's 91 RS w/t-tops
Had a 350 built with lt1 cam, springs.
Will it start up with stock chip ?
Should I change stock torque converter? I has stock rear end (gear).
We plan on having chip burnt. Using Stock TBI and intake from the 305.
We will do ultimate TBI mods if needed. What do you you think
Open element air filter.
170 degree thermostat
headers
cat-back exhaust

I read through this great site, doing searches, just trying to get a little Bowtie love.

Father/son project, we pulled the motor and trans today and picking up the
350 this week.

you should get it to start with some timming and fuel presure adjustments but I dont think it will run as good as it needs to as far as driving it everyday.
