A Few problems

My friend just bought a 92 RS w/ 305 TBI.

The car will randomly shut off sometimes while driving.. and we cannot figure it out.

Also i am wondering what the usual idle is for third gen auto's ? The car will start up and run at a low idle for a good 5 seconds and then it basically "revs" itself up to around idle 1k.. is this normal?

We have changed out the plugs, distributor cap, wires, and injectors so far. new belt and tensioner going on today

so.. the hose going from the PCV to the TB had a HUGE hole in it.. hose was barely held together.

That fixed the idling problem

The car will still randomly shut off while driving.. anyone have any other suggestions?
