Inverse AFR Table
I am in the process of trying to tune WOT. When I use the PE AFR vs RPM table I have found the adjustments to be way to coarse since the AFR gets run through the inverse AFR table which is in increments of 1.6 AFR. The result is either too much fuel (loosing power) or too little fuel (knock counts). If I try to compensate via the VE tables or the SA table it just messes up other things.
So, I was wanting to expand the the inverse AFR table for better accuracy of setting AFR. My question is whether the memory directly after the inverse AFR table from $fe47 to $fe69 is unused? I did some searches on the disassemby and can not find any references to these locations, however I realize there could be some indirect references.
Has anyone verified if $fe47 to $fe69 is unused? Has anyone expanded the inverse AFR table?

IIRC, the inverse AFRs there are faux inverses. They appear to not really be equal to the true inverse AFR. The ECM also interpolates between this values, so the resolution loss isn't quite as bad as you may think, even if the values arn't true inverses.
SD with TBI isn't quite the same as SD with TPI, or MPFI. You can probably make it true, high resolution SD like the PCMs, but you'd be trying for perfect imperfection. Also, youd need to be romless to make changes to that portion of the code. There is some free space ahead of the vector table that you could use to relocate the table.

Oops, forgot about that area not being in eprom. Guess I need to find another solution or place to locate an expanded table.
thanks
