what ECU is best??

Car: 75 nova 11.15 @ 125, 92 1500 14.60 @97, 95 integra 15.80 @ 91
Engine: 377, 355, 1.8L
Transmission: t350, 700r4, m5
what ECU is best??
I have a 350 in a 92 chevy truck with an auto and wondering if the ecu is a good one to have or if i should upgrade before starting the the whole chip burning deal!?!?!? Hope this makes sense

Axle/Gears: 14 bolt with 3.07 gears
The 1992 should have a "299", but GM was not very consistant with its use. The 7747 is a pin for pin swap for a 299. I would look into RBobs EBL.
