does it feel like it's running lean, do you have a check engine light on?

I'd probably reccomend checking the fuel pressure at the tb, most likely a worn out pump.

might replace the fuel filter that can't hurt you any, it's near your rear subframe in front of the rearend on the driverside.

Check and makesure the plugs to your injectors are fully connected and no wires have come loose. I know that happened to me and my car ran like poop.

Are you watching the FP the whole time it's doing this? Even an almost dead pump will bring the system up to pressure when the motor isn't running. Then once the motor gets running it can't keep up and dies out quickly. Sure sounds like a fuel issue to me.

would a bad full pump be able to deliver enough full at WOT to make the motor rev high? because once im down struggling with 1st gear, it will drive (very irraticly).... im leaning more toward the water in the gas theory? anyone else agree?

I think we need a bit more information if possible...my car has acted like that at least 5 or 6 times in the last few months and each time its been something different. I put in wrong size (V6) injectors, I had a plug on one injector not fully connected, I had a CTS go bad, etc etc. Although that does sound most like the problem I had when one injector plug wasn't plugged in. I was kicking myself for that one until my dad (who isn't even familiar with TBI) walked over and said "Whats this?", pushed the injector plug back on, and boom.

What are the injectors doing? Are they firing like normal? Did you check your wires and make sure they're all plugged in?

well i really dont think its the ignition wires.... they all checked out.... the TBI sprays VERY hard at WOT soo i dont think its the pump... and the filter is brand new as well.... im leaning towrd water int he gas or a sensor, i just replaced the FP relay, the TPS, swapped computers, new alt, new batt, new wires, plugs, cap, rotor, oil + filter, air filter, fuel filter.... etc....does that help?? Also what is the easiest way to drain a gas tank? and does anyone have a link to that fuel pump replacement thread?

THANKS A TON!!!!!
