from the manifold....... hehe
Get a T fitting and splice into the MAP sensor vacuum line.
Also, to be completely frank.... you shouldnt be installing a VAFPR if you didnt already know this. It would indicate there is much you dont know about the car, meaning you probably havent done enough to it to need this. What are your other mods. It sounds likely that you dont really need it. Who told you to get one?

I absolutly wouldn't run with the vacuum hooked up unless I was willing to spend the time to tune around it in the stock code, or use the EBL to properly set it up. Completely unecessary for your stock motor.

I bought it because I got a good deal on it from another member here. I was going to install it because I figured the decrease in idle pressure could help my richness problem on startup. As for not knowing enough yeah I am an ametur with most stuff. I know you pull manifold vacuum from the manifold but I wasnt sure if there was any difference in where you pull it from, therefor I asked for the correct place...

Agreed. You can run a vacuum line from the thermac port on the TBI unit. If you run an open element you likely have this port plugged and unused anyway.
