anyone know the difference between a 305 and 350 ecm ??
don`t tell me its the same

The 350 b-body and 305 f-body ECM's were the same. The truck 350 ECM's were different. However, all of the PROM (chips) were different. Fuel, spark, and many other parameters were different between the two (and different amongst each other depending on the application of the motor).
