LO3 to LO5 swap?

Car: 91 RS Camaro, 75 L82 Corvette
Engine: LO3, 383 Stroker
Transmission: 700R4, TH400
Axle/Gears: 4th gen 3.23 posi/LS1 discs, stock
LO3 to LO5 swap?
Just want to know if this is the easiest way to do a 350 swap? I found a complete LO5 from top to bottom, needs an intake gasket. What else beside a 350 chip will I need? Anything else?
